The Jasmine Philosophy is a visual study of my personal aesthetic and how it translates from my wardrobe into my home. By pairing clothing and accessories with the decor, furnishings, and objects I am naturally drawn to, this portfolio identifies the recurring colors, textures, patterns, shapes, and design details that connect my personal style to my interior design sensibility. Its purpose is to recognize and articulate the instincts behind my taste, establish the foundation of my design philosophy, and explore how my existing eye for fashion and personal expression informs the way I approach interiors. Through these comparisons, I am documenting not only what I love, but the visual language that connects those choices and shapes my perspective as an emerging interior designer.
